Buy Side Services

Operational Due Diligence – Rapid assessment of the risks and opportunities focused on most critical operations: management, production, maintenance, procurement, supply chain and logistics, HR finance, information technology and other functions

Acquisition Operating Plans – Based on due diligence and Buyer priorities, develop plan for transformation of the acquisition in the first 30/60/90 days and beyond to form a roadmap for post-acquisition execution, including critical KPIs to monitor progress

Synergy Plans – Working with the Buyer and Seller, create and value expected operating synergies achievable from the acquisition, including critical value drivers

Post-Acquisition Execution – Assist the Buyer to implement their operating plan post acquisition, either on a part-time coaching and oversight basis of the implementation team or with a more intensive, hands-on role of driving the synergy and operating plans, including regular progress reports

Sell Side Services

Operational Due Diligence – Rapid assessment of the operational factors that can be improved prior to marketing the business in order to increase the exit multiple achieved by the Seller and reduce negotiated value deductions during Buyer due diligence

Operating Exit Plans – Based on due diligence and Seller priorities, develop plan for operating actions to be taken while marketing the business in order to avoid business disruptions and prepare for a smooth transition to the new Owner
